MWALIMUHUB CHAMPIONS
While we offer both face-to-face teacher training and Online Courses to teachers and educators, some of the participants have been exceptional in many ways, especially in transferring what they gained into their contexts. Transfer of learning happens in many ways:
- By applying what they into their real classrooms to improve their teaching practices.
- Sharing experiences with colleagues and other teachers/educators in form of workshops and teacher training.
- Personal reflections on how teachers/educators have been able to go beyond what they gained by engaging in other learning (eg. joining different MOOCs, creating a community of practice for teachers).
